February Favourites.

Hi there! So, it is the last day of February, so at college it is getting more intense and drawing ever closer to the end of the year and the end of college for ever! Although I might be freaking out about my life after college, or college in general I have managed to find a few things that I have loved throughout February and thought I would share them with you.

The first thing I have been loving is a lip balm. Surprise, surprise. I have heard about Carmex and have been told it is really good but I have never tried it before. So I bought one and I love it so much! It has kept my lips really hydrated and it makes my lips tingle and I love that feeling so much.

The second thing I have been loving is any Barry M product. If you have read my Nails Monday I use a lot of Barry M nail paints. I love them so much! If you have ever thought about buying a Barry M nail paint get one. I would recommend them so much!

The third thing I have been loving is a American group called Pentatonix. They are an acapella group, which makes all the drums and backing beat from there voices. They are amazing! I was going to go and see them in Manchester but I have no-one to go with and I have college the next day so I would be dead, the next day. I have gotten into them a lot over the past couple of months, so I love them a lot.

The fourth and last thing I have loved this month and will always love it, is Gossip Girl. I am season 3 and have only been watching it for about a month now. I love it so much! So, definitely watch that! You will not regret it.

Have you watched or used any of the things I have loved this month? What have you loved this month? I want to remind you all that as soon as I get to 100 followers on my blog I will be doing a giveaway. Feel free to comment down in the comments. A very late Nails Monday #5!

Hi there! So, I didn't do the Nails Monday on a Monday. I am aware of this! But with college drawing to an end I have honestly not had the time to do the blog post! I have loads of work and deadlines to meet, so I did my nail last night and I am planning on doing the rest tonight. So, if you didn't know I am british and the Brits were this past week. I was super happy for One Direction for winning 2 awards and all the other artists. They definitely deserved them and I hope they enjoyed the celebrations. Why/how does this link in with my nails? I hear you ask. Well, my nails this week is a union jack design. I warn you now, I have not took pictures of all the steps and they start off as a bit blurry and then end as quite clear pictures. So here we go!
I'm sorry its so blurry!
So I started off with filing my nails into the shape I wanted and smoothing out any ridges that my nail had. I then applied the Sally Hansen Miracle Cure to my nails. (I will be doing a review on this nail polish very soon.) After that had dried very quickly, I used the Gelly Shine Nail Polish from Barry M in the colour Blood Orange in 347, to paint a cross over the whole nail. As you can see. The only tool I used for this is the brush end of my nail tool.

After I had done this, I got the Barry M nail paint in Matt White in 66. I outlined the red lines I had already painted onto my nails. Then I got the Gelly Shine Nail Polish that I used before and painted on 4 diagonal lines from each corner of the cross in the middle of the nail.

After I had painted that on, I outlined the new red lines with the white nail polish again. After all of that had been done, I got the Gelly Shine Nail Polish from Barry M in the colour Blue Grape in 402. In the spaces that had no colour on, I filled in with the nail polish as the blue on a Union Jack Flag. Even if I do say so myself, I think it looks very cute. I have never done this type of nail art before, so this was a first for me as well.

What do you think of this Nail Art? Do you use a lot of Barry M nail polishes? What do you think of the Barry M range? I just want to remind you all that as soon as I reached 100 followers on this blog I will be doing a giveaway! So thank you for sticking by, while I have had the very busy college work week. Feel free to comment down in the comments. If you need to email me, you can contact me at realdreaming1@gmail.com . Hair fail!

Hi there! So if you read my post on Friday you will know that I tried the colour b4 stuff on my hair and it didn't do much. So, I went out today and got another box. I put it on my hair and lets put it this way. I am not blonde or black or dark brown. It didn't exactly work out how I thought it would. Why I decided to do this a day before college and so late in the day as well. I have no idea but I have learnt my lesson. I am going to have to live with it until it all grows out or I can get it sorted by the hairdressers.

It didn't go the colour I expected.
I don't know how I feel about this.
So that's all for today. My hair will get sorted but only when I can stand wearing my hair down. Its just not a me colour. I don't have a problem with people with this hair colour because they suit it. However, I don't think I do. There will be a post on Monday about my nails, like there should have been today. Sorry college work comes first. Also I should have some orders being delivered for me soon! I hope you have had a successful and happy Monday. Feel free to comment down in the comments. Saturday!

It is such a nice day outside!
I can go out yay!
No I can't I'm babysitting at 6
Very late breakfast at 12.
The coffee maker!
My fancy coffee!
My cereals in a bowl!
Film!
Hi there! I know the day has only just started for me but I have done a couple of things already. So, before babysitting I thought I would post about something. Anything! Although I started to watch this film on Netflix, and its called Cyberbully. I will eventually get to that but I will tell you what I have done first.

So, I woke up and saw how beautiful it is outside and got really happy. But then I remembered that I was working at 6, so there was no point in going out. Although I got myself a bowl of frosted wheat's and then made myself a coffee with the Tassimo machine my brother got my mum and dad for Christmas! Its is so good.

I went on Netflix's for something to watch and found a film called Cyberbully. So, I decided to watch it. It is such a good film. It makes you realise about cyber bullying and the effects it has on people. It is really hard hitting and really makes you realise how serious it can get. I was in tears near the end of it and it made me think why anyone would ever do that to someone, when it could push them so far to kill themselves. Why should it ever happen to anyone is beyond me as well. It is so hard hitting. If you want to see the film and see how much it can effect someone, I would recommend watching it. You might cry and it might hit you hard but you can see what damage it can do to someone. I know this is a sensitive subject. That is why I would tell people to watch it, so they become more self aware of the subject. You might roll your eyes when being told about it in school but it is a serious matter. So watch it if you want.

Have you ever seen the film I'm talking about? Have you ever been bullied online? Have you ever seen someone being bullied online? Feel free to comment down in the comments. If you need to email me, you can contact me at realdreaming1@gmail.com . Also feel free to follow me on BloglovinTwitterTumblrPolyvore and Instagram. See you soon! xx

Decisions and hair colour removal?

The Box of Doom!
Footloose.
It is on my hair, I was scared it was going to go wrong.
Close up of it on my hair.
I have to say I look like I have a cape.
The dried version. Does it look different?
Studying...
The little presents my parents gave me.
Hi there! So today was an interesting day to say the least! I woke up at 11 o'clock woo!! And had to clear up the front room! My parents were coming back today and I needed to get some breakfast anyway. So after doing that I cluttered up my parents bed with everything I wanted to do. So, I decided to read the instructions of the hair colour removal thing while watching the newer version of Footloose. When I was half way through Footloose I decided to start on my hair. I did everything by the instructions and then washed it out. As I had dried it, the time had become 3 o'clock. Where does the time go? My hair doesn't look any different in photos but it is a little lighter than it was. I think I need to try it again with another box for it. I decided to make a start on the college work, I hadn't even started on and did a little bit of work on it. My parents came back and gave me three little presents. They got me a box of One Direction tissues, A big bag of solid chocolate eggs with penguins on the wrappers and a bar of Kendal Mint Cake! They are too nice!

My decision that I am trying to make is whether to start make YouTube videos now or after I finish college. I would really love to hear your opinions on this. What do you think? Also do you think my hair looks different? I would love to hear from you guys! I will not be posting tomorrow because I am babysitting at someone else's house and I won't have internet. Remember once I get to 100 followers there will be a little giveaway, so remember that! Feel free to comment down in the comments. Thursday 20 February 2014

Thursday, Thursday, Thursday.

Hi there! With keeping up with the posts everyday this week, I thought I would tell you about my day. So, first off I woke up with my cat next to me. Every since I woke up with him next to me we have been inseparable. So for the most of the days he has been cuddling up to me while I have been at home and not out! I have to say at some times I could kill him because of standing on my keyboard of my laptop and turning the screen upside down. Or even making my black jeans have hairs all over them and make them impossible to get off. But when you need cuddles after a rubbish day, he is perfect to cuddle with.

So after saying goodbye to him, I decided to go out to town and all I can say is that I spent about £20 odd pounds on stuff in town. £7 in Primark. £7 odd in Boots and then £5.50 on subway. What can I say? I was hungry! A girl does need to eat! After picking up some of the beauty things I needed from Primark, I realised I should have really gotten a basket. But at least I didn't drop anything while I was standing in line. RESULT!Although I have put money in the bank and haven't touched it, so I guess you could say I do spend a lot but I do also save! Just not very often.

So after getting a taxi home and eating my subway on the sofa. I watched Wild Child and started to watch Burlesque. I hadn't seen Burlesque ever so I thought I should watch it. Although I started to watch it and then remembered that Greg James was on the radio, on radio 1! So, I turned on the TV and started to listen to him and fell asleep for two hours surprise, surprise. If my cat hadn't jumped on the paper bag with all of my purchases today in, I could have slept for another hour.

So then both I watched the rest of Burlesque I thought the only way to spend it is to get loads of food to snack on while watching the movie. So, I grabbed a packet of crisps, fruit pastilles, chocolate biscuit, chewits, time out biscuits and  crackers and butter! Yes very unhealthy but I am going to go on a run tomorrow so it won't be that bad!

After I had finished watching burlesque and an episode of Gossip Girl, I decided to take pictures of everything. Even a few selfies. I warn you now, they aren't all smiles. I can't just take a serious photo. I get that from my dad...

What did you do with your day? Anything more exciting than mine like that is possible? (Note the sarcasm.) Have you spent alot of money or have you saved? Feel free to comment down in the comments. If you need to email me, you can contact me at realdreaming1@gmail.com . Also feel free to follow me on BloglovinTwitterTumblrPolyvore and Instagram. See you soon! xx

College Work!

Hi there! So, if you haven't noticed I have posted everyday this week so far! There is a reason for this. As there is for everything, it is half term week at college. For most schools in the UK it is a week off from school, to study and get work done that you haven't. (Yeah right!!) I should really get some college work done that I haven't gotten a mark for in past projects. Have I started on it? No. Have I started on the current project work? Yes. Have I worked on it anymore since Friday? No.

I normally like to spend this week, catching up on sleep, catching up on shows and mainly reblogging things on Tumblr til god knows what time in the morning. However, this half term has mainly been filled with me working. Not that I don't like it but when my first night off was yesterday and that was because she cancelled on me 10 minutes before she needed me. So, I decided to look at my college work out. But then I kind of started watching The Brits. Can I just say how amazing they were this year!! My intention was to do some actual work and then blog about it afterwards. However, here I am. On Tumblr and blogging instead! I will just do some of the work when I get home and do it bed!

So I thought I would share some of the notes and the title page and what I am using to create the masterpiece I call my 'book'. For this project we have to create an artifact. It could be anything we wanted it to be, so I choose to do a book. It is really easy to use and do if you have everything on a pen drive and don't lose it. (Ten points to whoever guesses who lost their pen drive with most of the work on it...) So here are my notes that I have so far and the cover page.
Page 1 of notes!
Page 2 of notes!
Pens and sketchbook!
Cover for the 'book'.
So as you can see I haven't done alot and I need to find all of the links that I have in a word document...on my pen drive. This is going to be a fun few days. Although I still have to take care of my 22 year old brother (My parents are away until Friday), my fat cat (I mean that in the nicest way!) and the house. I am the youngest out of the family and my parents as I am the most trustworthy. Woo! I just want to remind you as well once I get to 100 followers on Bloglovin' I am doing a mini giveaway!

So what are you doing this week? Do you work a lot or is it just me? Did you watch The Brits? Feel free to comment down in the comments. If you need to email me, you can contact me at realdreaming1@gmail.com . Also feel free to follow me on BloglovinTwitterTumblrPolyvore and Instagram. See you soon! xx

Tuesday's Adventures! (And money that has been spent!)

Hi there! So, today my mum and dad went away to the lakes for a couple days! So, this means me having to be responsible and adult like. So, before they left my mum gave me some money to spend on a hair cut, bin bags and whatever else I wanted. So I spent £25 on the hair cut, £2 on bin bags and then £10 on a hair product and £12 on a new bag for college..Now you might be thinking that is a lot of money for a hair cut but I have a reason of why it was so expensive. It was a walk in appointment, so they had to fit me in when they could and they would do my hair then and there and I wouldn't have to make my next appointment. Which is good for me seeing as I am horrible with money!!

Full body shot of my outfit and hair cut!
Close up of my face and hair!

So this is my new hair cut! I am really happy with it. It's just want I wanted and how I described it while I fix my hair on Sunday. So, this brings me onto what I picked up for £10 in Wilkinson's. As you can see in the pictures I am naturally blonde. (I mean look at my really bad roots.) So I asked the hairdresser what they thought and she recommended this hair remover dye thing. She said she has used it and there's no bleach in it, so it won't damage my hair as much as dying over it or bleaching it.

It is the colour b4 hair colour remover. I have to read through the instruction carefully and do just as it says and then my hair will be back to my natural colour. I am doing it on Sunday, so that if my hair goes really really badly wrong, I still have Monday before college to sort it out! Lets hope I go back to being the blonde girl I was before I was let loose with money and hair dye! So that is being used very soon.

So as there is with every bag I own, there is a story behind it. My bag for college, it was too full one day. (My fault entirely!) The zip broke on it. So, I needed a new bag which was stylish but easy to carry with me, seeing as I walk every morning. So I picked this up for £12 and I really like it and think it will be perfect for college. So, I spent quite a lot of money. Sob, sob. I still need to pay my brother back as well. Before I go I also want to remind you all that as soon as I reach 100 followers on my blog I will be doing a giveaway so stay tuned!

What do you think of my new haircut? What do you think of my new bag? Have you spent a lot of money lately? Feel free to comment down in the comments. If you need to email me, you can contact me at realdreaming1@gmail.com . Also feel free to follow me on Bloglovin, Twitter, Tumblr, Polyvore and Instagram. See you soon! xx

Nails Monday #4!

Hi there! So, it is a Monday which means it is Nails Monday, Week 4! This week is really boring because I am not having an colour on my nails except for a clear polish. The reason for this is because my nails under all of the colour that I have are really bad. They peel, they can break really easily, so yesterday when I was in John Lewis looking at all the make-up and nail varnish I saw the Sally Hansen Miracle Cure. As I didn't have a lot of money I saw it was £3.49. I asked my mum and she said she had used it in the past and it is really good but you have to do exactly as it says on the back of the box. So that's what I did.

The nail polish in its box!
Out of the box I was so excited to use it!
After I had put it on my nails...they look so shiny!
So on the back of the box it says this:
  • Apply one coat to bare nails every other day. Use alone or under nail colour.

So, it's quite straight forward. I thought instead of using it once every week I should go for a week using it on its own with no other nail polish. Sob, sob. If my nails weren't in such a bad condition I would not need to do it but oh well. So that's what I am doing with my nails this week. Well that and file them into actual shapes seeing as I have chipped 3 of my actual nails.

What are you doing with your nails this week? This there a certain nail polish or nail colour you would like me to try and then review? Have you tried the Sally Hansen Miracle Cure nail polish? Feel free to comment down in the comments. If you need to email me, you can contact me at realdreaming1@gmail.com . Also feel free to follow me on Bloglovin, Twitter, Tumblr, Polyvore and Instagram. Todays OOTD And Trip To Liverpool!

Hi there! So today to get me out of the house and actually have some fresh air unlike the past two days, my mum and dad and I went to Liverpool for the day. So, today I wore black skinny jeans from New Look, a black long sleeved top from Primark, a short sleeved checked shirt from H&M and some boots from Primark. It was so warm and comfortable that the car ride and walking around the whole of Liverpool One didn't seem so bad.

Full body shot!
Close Up Of My Boots!

So, as we got to Liverpool, we went straight into John Lewis and had a drink and piece of cake. I had a diet coke and piece of cake. (I am trying to be more healthy honest!) After we did that my mum and I went to look at the make-up and we had a lovely 15 minutes doing that. After the make-up stands we went to look at all the bags and purses, then the haberdashery and creative things. While we were in that section I saw a small sewing machine at £50 in a selection of different colours. I decided to ask my mum what would she think of me designing clothes and dresses for myself and if I ever got confident enough maybe sell some. She seemed really happy about the idea and asked if I would like a sewing machine for my 18th birthday. So, that was decided pretty quickly.

After we had come out of that part we went and looked at all the Easter things being sold. I bought a couple of things for people for Easter. So look out for that post about how I put it all together and what I did. After this I asked if I could go and have a look at the laptops to see if there was one that was cheaper than what I had in mind. Sure enough there was. I was asking if I could have it and sure enough my parents plan was to buy me one that day in John Lewis anyway! So I got my new laptop. They didn't have it in white but I didn't really care, I got what I have wanted for about 6 months now.

After we had spent about an hour and a half in John Lewis, we decided to go to a café called EAT. I picked up a prawn salad and a mango and passion fruit smoothie to go with it. We sat in there with all the John Lewis bags and decided what we were going to do next.

My lunch was so good!

So, what we decided to do was that I got to go to Boux Avenue and anywhere else that I wanted to go, while my parents went to Debenhams. So, that's what happened. I went to Boux Avenue and got myself something and some hand cream as well. After spending about 45 minutes in quite a small shop. I was going to Zara. Although when I remembered I had no money in my bank account and about £6 in my purse, I decided that it wasn't the best of ideas! So, sadly I had to walk past the shop. I did walk into the Disney store though. I couldn't help myself! I then went and looked at the map to see if Liverpool One had a Lush store. I sadly again could not find one, so I got in touch with my mum to see where my parents were.

After I had found my parents buying my dad clothes. (Surprise, surprise) My mum then told my dad and me that the tablet she had been looking at in John Lewis at the start of the day, (This was 4 hours ago!) she really wanted so could we go and get it in white. We went and got it her and meet up with her 15 minutes later. It had gotten to about 4 o'clock and my mum said we could finally go home. Well that would have been good but we lost where our car was and spent 10 minutes looking for it in the car park! It was very eventful but lots of fun!

Do you like going to Liverpool One? Is there a lush in Liverpool One or am I just thinking that there was one there? Is there a favourite store you have in Liverpool One if you have been?
