March Favourites!

Hi there! So, March has come and gone which means that I have loved some more things throughout March. This month there are 6 things that I have loved and they are very mixed! So, lets get started!

The first that I have loved is Kendal Mint Cake. Now you might think that it is mint flavoured cake, but it really isn't. It is a bar of sugar basically. The ingredients of it is Sugar, Glucose syrup, Water and Peppermint Oil. I love it so much. You can get it for brown sugar and White Sugar. If you can go and get some anywhere I highly recommend this. So nearly every week I have been eating this through March.

Back in February when I have my weekend in the Lakes I went into TXMaxx and found a notebook. Now there are a lot of places where you can get good quality notebooks, but TXMaxx is where they get limited stocks in things and when you see it you should really buy it while you can because it is highly likely that you won't find it again. So, I saw this notebook and I have made jottings about blog posts and the content into the blog posts and other silly things in it. It also is about a place I have always wanted to go since I was 10 so a good 7 (nearly 8) years now and that is London. So, its really cute and been so useful through March.

Another thing that I have been eating loads of is Lemon Meringue Pie. Oh my gosh I absolutely love it! It is so tasty and I can not stop eating it. I don't know what it is but it is soooo nice! I just love it! You can get it anywhere and I normally get one and don't share it and I either eat most of it and forget about it in the fridge and have to bin it or I do eat it all myself. I know I shouldn't like most of the things I eat but I can't resist it and I do exercise sometimes, so its alright.

One of the make-up products that I have been using a lot over the past month is the Little Mix Lip Gloss from Jades range. (Surprise, surprise!) It is a pinky colour and it just gives my lips a little bit more shine and makes them look alright even when I can't be bothered with any other make-up on that day. It smells so nice as well, its like a candyfloss smell. Its even sweet and I love it! It is called Jade's Liquid Gloss by Collection in the Little Mix Range. If you are looking for something that will give your lips that extra bit of shine I would go for that its only £1.99 I think.

My next thing is what I have been using to take most of the pictures that go on this blog with my Favourite's and outfit posts. It is my little red digital camera. It is so handy to carry round with me, when I am trying to take pictures outside with someone or even if I get some sudden inspiration. It goes with me everywhere I go! It will also become my vlogging camera when I get my YouTube channel up and running properly. I am excited for that to happen! But yeah I love it and it goes everywhere with me. Even to work which I know I shouldn't but oh well!

My last thing that I have been loving this past month is old songs. Now what I mean by that is songs that I have heard and really liked in the past 17 years. There are some songs that were produced before I was even born but heard and love sooo much! I made a playlist of them all, which I will link here! They are so fun to dance around to and can just put you in a good mood instantly! So, if you need a little pick me up listen to it and you might just get really happy!

How To Style Floral Print!

Hi there! So, I was looking through my clothes the other day so I can throw out what I don't like or doesn't fit me ready to move to my different room and I came across this floral print dress that doesn't fit me anymore but was so pretty. I realised as I put it in the pile that I was throwing out, I had only worn it twice. The reason behind this was because I didn't know how to style it. By style it I mean what went with it, what jacket to wear with it and what shoes to wear with it. So, I thought why not do a spring floral print dress style blog post! So here it is! Above you can go through the four outfits I have out together and I hope this helps you when trying to style a floral print dress this spring/summer. I normally put a pair of pumps with every outfit but if you needed to dress it up a bit more you could swap those for a pair of heels or formal shoes. I hope you have enjoyed the looks. Summer Time Outfit!

Hi there! I don't know if you have already seen this on my Polyvore but I created this set on Wednesday in college, when I should have been doing work...oops! It was quite hot on Wednesday, so I thought I would be a bit creative and make a summer outfit. I love this outfit because each item you can take away and replace with your own to make a new outfit. So, you can use a basic tank top either plain, stripy, spotted or with a print on it. The shorts you can have normal shorts and then turn back the bottoms of them. You can use any pumps not just vans. Or if you prefer to wear sandals you can use them. Do you see what I mean? Hat and sunglasses, just use the ones you already own. It is so easy to recreate with your own clothes!

Spring Looks!

Hi there! Now I have to admit that I haven't done many fashion posts and I am really sorry about that! Although it is the first of March and I thought I would show you some polyvore sets that I have done over the past couple of days.It is all about spring look ideas that will look pretty when we have the days where the sun starts to shine and it starts to get a little bit warmer.

So, here I have four ideas. I have a casual but pretty look for three of the sets and one of the sets I have a smart look which could look really pretty as well. Although I own literally none of these clothes I bet I could find them in other shops when I have the money to spend. Personally I would wear all of these looks because they are just so pretty, in my opinion. You can dress it up or down but I know that I am looking forward to the sunny days and warmer days to come when I can go to college without a coat and still feel warm. Lip care! Post 3 of 3!

 

Hi there! Now in the past couple of months it has become really cold and that means that your lips are going to need protecting. Otherwise your lips are going to get dry and no-one likes that. I myself have always suffered from this, no matter what I do to them. So in these past couple of months I have carried round quite a few different products in my two bags, so keep them moisturised and getting it as least damaged as possible I thought I would tell you guys them.

 

In my bag I always carry a lip balm, lipstick and sometimes a lipgloss. I have two different bags and I have a lip balm and lipstick in both. I also have a lip gloss that I keep in one of my bags and just stays there. I use it if I want to but if not then I still have it just incase.

 

So in bag number 1 I have the Maybelline Baby Lips in Mint Fresh, Kate Moss Lipstick in 107 and a Bourjois Lipgloss. These are the ones I have in the bag I use all the time! I find all of these products so handy because they all have different qualities and they all apply really easily and stay on for quite a long time. I have just a clear lip balm incase I don't want any colour on them. I have a deep red lipstick which I wear if I am daring enough and I have a light pink sparkly lipgloss just to add a little bit of colour to my lips. So in bag number 2 I have a One Direction Lip Balm in Niall's colour which smells and tastes of Cherrys, and a Little Mix Lipstick from Jades range which is a nude colour. I can wear these whenever and where ever I like. They are both subtle enough on there own but give my lips a bit of colour. The lip balm adds more pink to your lips and the lipstick makes your lips look more nude. I love them both so much!

 

I always add a lip balm underneath my lipstick because that adds a bit more moisture to your lips before putting on a lipstick which dries out your lips quite a lot and even more in this cold weather. So I always use lip balm so much. The only thing I don't like about lip balm is when its in the little pots. Only because you use your finger and after you have used it you still have some of it on your finger and you don't really know what to do with it.

Januarys Favourite! Post 2 of 3

Hi there! So as you can probably guess and have read in my first blog post! (Hopefully, if not click here.) So this post is about all the things I have been loving in January. Now I thought there would be a lot more things this month but there really isn't which surprised me. There are only 7 things. I think this is because I am still yet to try out some of the things I have for Christmas. So here we go!

So my first favourite is the Purple notebook. I bought this in the second week of January and thought it would be useful when writing blog posts and also for jotting down ideas for new blog posts and when I am going to do them. I thought it would be good. I picked it up in TX Maxx for £2.99. Now I thought wow that's expensive but then its really good paper and I just love it. Also its purple and that's my favourite colour. If you don't know what TX Maxx is, its a store which has loads of things in there which you won't find anywhere else. As soon as you have it, it is highly unlikely that you will find someone else with one just like it.

My second favourite is the One Direction Our Moment perfume. It is so nice and smells amazingly! It is very sweet and very fresh. It is definitely a young persons sort of smell. It is amazing and so easy to store in your bag. I carry it around with me and just spray it on my neck and then that is it. I am so careful with this it is like my baby! I hardly use any of it so it will definitely last me a long time before I need to buy another one. The cap for it is so cute as well and so easy to pull off and put back on again.

My third favourite is the Impulse body spray in the smell Tease. I spray this all over my body to go with my perfume on my neck and I think it smells amazing together. You get the fruit smell of the body spray with the sweet and fresh smell of the perfume mix together really nicely. It is also handy for carrying around in your bag, just incase you forget your perfume and want to refresh the smell you have on. It is really cheap as well its only £1 and it is so nice as well.

My fourth favourite is the Bourjois Lipgloss in the colour Rose Pacific which is number 49. It is a very light and sparkly pink colour. It will be perfect in the summer but also if you just want to add a little bit of colour to your lips. It applies really easily but stays on for quite a while. I love it so much and I can't wait to try out the other Bourjois Make-up my mum so kindly bought me for Christmas.

My fifth favourite is the Maybelline Baby Lips in Mint Fresh. I love this lip balm so much. I have all 6 of them and I love them all but my favourite has to be Mint Fresh. I am always applying it before lipstick or even just on its own. It smells minty and feels so fresh on my lips when they are getting dry. It is clear so it doesn't add any colour to my lips but it is so easy to apply and I don't need a mirror for it.

My sixth favourite is the Kate Moss Lipstick in 107. Now a lot of people have this lipstick but I decided to buy it when I saw Zoella have it in a lot of her favourite videos. I thought that I was going to be too pale and not be able to pull it off but I surprised myself by doing it. I have never really experimented with lipsticks apart from the nude colours and this was my first ever red and dark coloured lipstick. I have to say I am in love with this and I wear it as much as I can. It is so easy to out on and it stays on so well as well. So if you are thinking of getting it I recommend you do.

Now my last favourite is a cover of a song. Now I have been loving this guys covers on YouTube for a really really really long time. I love all of his covers and can not stop listening to this cover. I don't know how many times I have listened to it but when I don't know what to listen to its this. It is called A Great Big World and the guy who covers it is called Daniel J. So I will put a link to the video here, so you can watch/listen to it and form your own opinion.

Over 1,000 views!

 

 

This post was going to be what I have bought, over the past 2 weeks and do a kind of haul post. I would have done that but today I recently hit over 1,000 views on my Polyvore account! I am so grateful to anyone who has had a look at them and if you have decided to follow it as well. It means so much to me and I couldn't be more grateful. I have been on the site for under a year and already have over 1,000 views. I can't believe it and I have just wanted to say thank you for everyone who has been on it.
